The Competence Centers define and implement an HR policy that is consistent with Group strategy. Recruitment, pay, mobility, training… The Competence Centers list the actions to be taken to meet staff expectations and the demands and ambitions of Dexia.
The Business Partners see to it that Human Resources policy is implemented in the entities. They help and advise the managers – the first port of call of staff members – in their daily HR management tasks.
The Service Centers deal with everyday activities. They manage the processes governing recruitment, internal mobility, training, pay, ... They also supply staff with numerous practical tools and services to help them find answers to their HR-related questions, information on their rights and support in their administrative duties.

Dexia Corporate University was founded in 2005 to meet a double objective: train staff and develop a common Group culture. To this end, DCU participates actively in the implementation of Dexia strategy and benefits from the support of top management.
