Marc Brugière, 52, graduated from the European
School of Management (ESCP-EAP) in Paris, who was General Manager of
Dexia Credit Local Branch in New-York, was appointed Managing Director
on January,16, 2006, by the Board of directors of Dexia Crediop.
Daniel Ivanier, 40, graduated from the « Ecole
Polytechnique » in Paris and from the « Ecole Nationale supérieure des
Mines » in Paris, who was Chief Financial Officer of Dexia Credit
Local, was appointed General Manager of Dexia Credit Local Branch in
New-York, with effect from January,16, 2006.
Robert Verdier, 46, graduated from the European
School of Management (ESCP-EAP) in Paris and from INSEAD in
Fontainebleau, graduated in Japanese language studies from the
“Institut des langues et civilisations orientales” in Paris, post
graduated in Management Sciences, was appointed Head of Dexia Credit
Local office in Japan, with effect from January,1, 2006.
Marc Brugière has been involved in
international banking for 28 years. Prior to Dexia, he was Senior
Vice-President at Credit Agricole Indosuez in Paris, where he was Head
of Americas area. His previous experience also includes the position of
General Manager of the Credit Agricole Singapore Branch and the
position of Assistant General Manager of the Credit Agricole London
Branch, in charge of the Corporate Banking and Finance Division. He
joined Dexia group in 1998, as Head of the International network and
development department and as a member of the Management Committee. On
July 1, 2000, he was appointed General Manager of Dexia Credit Local
New York Agency. On February 1, 2002, he also became the General
Manager of Dexia Bank, New York Branch.
Daniel Ivanier began his career in the
French Ministry of Industry, in the region “Centre”, and then in Paris.
He joined Dexia Credit Local in 1999 as Project Director in the
structured finance department. In 2000, he was appointed Head of the
Internet Direction of Dexia Crédit Local then of the IT department. He
was since 2004 Chief Financial Officer of Dexia Credit Local .
Robert Verdier has a long experience
of international banking. From 1987 to 1992, he worked in Japan, as Head
of Corporate Finance Department Securities at Crédit Lyonnais. From
1993 to 1995, he was Director for international corporate finance at
Crédit Lyonnais Securities in London. From 1995 to 2002, he worked in
Japan for Banque Nationale de Paris as Deputy General Manager, head of
Financial Products Sales and then as Head of Business development, in
charge of BNP Paribas development strategy in Japan. From 2002 to 2004,
he was Head of European Desk, Equity Capital Markets Division, for
Crédit Lyonnais in France. Before his arrival at Dexia, he was Head of
European Desk, Equity Capital Markets Division at Calyon.
