Collection and use of personal data
Your Data is collected directly from you. In certain specific cases, data is collected from sources accessible to the public, such as the web sites/pages of professional social networks. Dexia undertakes to ensure that the data collected and processed is limited to what is strictly necessary.
Dexia collects different categories of personal data, in particular:

We never process Data relating to your racial or ethnic origins, your political opinions, your religion, your philosophical convictions or union membership, your genetic data or your sex life or sexual orientation.

The recipients of your Data are exclusively Dexia staff members (or if necessary those of processors). Non-communication of personal data for commercial purposes
Your personal data will not be disclosed to commercial or advertising companies.
When your personal data is processed by processors (service providers), Dexia will ensure that such processors will respect the same requirements as those described in this policy.
Period of data retention
The collected data is only retained for the period necessary for completing the formalities described above, within prescription limits, and in observance of the legislative and regulatory provisions in force.
In accordance with the GDPR, you may:
access all of your Data,
correct or update your Data,
request the deletion of your Data or object to the manner in which it is processed on legitimate grounds,
request the portability of your Data, for processing relying on your consent or on the execution of a contract,

Dexia implements all technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processing of personal data and its confidentiality.
In this regard, Dexia takes all the necessary precautions, considering the nature of the data and the risks presented by its processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorised third parties (physical protection of premises, authentication processes with personal and secured access via confidential identifiers and passwords, logging of connections, encryption of certain data and so on).
The Dexia SA website uses “cookies”.
