This study on subnational public sector finances in the EU, carried out by Dexia, provides an overview of the finances and institutional organisation of the subnational public sector in the 27 Member States of the EU. The 2011 edition, published in July 2011, presents provisional 2010 data as well as a retrospective of the last 10 years (2000 - 2010).
