The European Advisory Committee of Shareholders met in Brussels on 6 March 2012, together with Mr Philippe Rucheton, Financial Director of the Dexia Group.
This meeting provided an opportunity to present the annual results for 2011 as well as the Group restructuring process.
At the end of the meeting, the European Advisory Committee of Shareholders was dissolved.
