The Strategy Committee is composed of:

• Pierre Richard, Chairman of the Board of Directors en Chairman of the Strategic Committee
• Axel Miller, Chief Executive Officer
• André Levy-Lang, independent director 
• Francine Swiggers
• Francis Vermeiren
• Augustin de Romanet de Beaune

Attributions
The Strategy Committee meets as often as necessary at the initiative of the CEO to assess the strategic position of the Dexia Group in view of developments in its markets and trading environment and its medium-term growth strategies.
Any single member may also ask for the CEO to convene a meeting of the Strategy Committee.

Operation
The strategy committee did not meet in 2007.
