Risks linked to sustainable development issues are integrated into Dexia's operating risk management procedures.

The categories proposed by the Basle Committee particularly refer to risks linked to non-compliance with labor regulations as well as workplace health and safety and employment issues (discrimination, harassment, etc.).

The ultimate objective is not only to identify problems in these categories, but also to produce a general evaluation of the risk that similar problems will reoccur.
