Kommunalkredit Austria (KA) is the sole Austrian institution specialized in the financing of local authorities in Austria. KA is the financial partner of about 60% of Austrian municipalities. Kommunalkredit Dexia Asset Management (KDAM) is the Vienna based  joint-venture between Kommunalkredit Austria AG (51%) and Dexia Asset Management (49%).  KDAM provides asset management services to institutional investors, fund distributors and public sector organisations.

The investment offer of KDAM features the centres of excellence and wide range of expertise in all investment processes and products, both traditional and alternative investments,  provided by Dexia Asset Management and is completed by local investment products provided by Kommunalkredit Austria.
