Introduction

Following the Royal Decree of 14 November 2007 with regard to the obligations of issuers of financial instruments admitted to the trading on a Belgian regulated market, the circular letter FMI/2007-02 of the Belgian Banking and Finance Commission sets out a number of obligations as regards the supply of information and the disclosure of data.

Other foreign laws or regulations applicable to Dexia also require the publication of certain information via our website. Dexia has chosen to make ample use of its website to meet these obligations. The section “Legal & Regulatory Information” classifies this information according to the following subjects:

The Royal Decree of 14 November 2007 provides that the holders of securities issued by Dexia S.A. and any other interested person have the right to receive free of charge by e-mail the information described in said Royal Decree.
