Integration, development and mobility
Smooth and effective integration is a key element for a successful job start. "Discovering Dexia" will give new recruits theopportunity to learn all about the different business lines and to share their experience with other participants.
Gaining job-related skills, increasing your knowledge, following the evolution of your activity and anticipating the progress of your career, all of that will be possible through on-the-job training and coaching. The management and development of talents is a vital aspect of the Group’s HR strategy, because it gives Dexia the resources it requires whilst at the same time offering real career prospects to its members of staff.
To support the development of talent, Dexia has put a unique methodology in place, the Development Center, to foster identified potential through a personalised development plan thus preparing members of staff to manage the evolution of their careers.
Individual development is also a matter for the Dexia Corporate University (DCU).
The DCU is intended for everyone, and will intervene in the development of the member of staff at every major stage of their career. It makes an active contribution to the identity and evolution of the Group by bringing members of staff together around a common culture, supporting Group strategy and providing them with the highest level of training, enabling them to play a role in the achievement of the Group’s ambitions.
Dexia also places considerable emphasis on strong functional and geographic mobility, thus permitting the transfer of know-how and best practices throughout the group across different business lines and entities.
