Composition
Formed in July 2001, the Dexia Consultative Committee took over from
the Dexia France Consultative Committee, created in 1992.
Meeting every six months, the Committee currently consists of 12 members, five French, four Belgian and 3 Luxembourg, who form part of the shareholders club and are mandated for three years, non-renewable. The all hold at least 50 Dexia shares.
The objective of the committee
is to encourage dialogue between the Dexia group and the individual shareholders.
