	Dexia publishes a newsletter for shareholders three or four times a year. In this way you are regularly informed of developments within the group, its results and the minutes of General Meetings.

Guide for Individual Shareholders The 2006 edition of the Guide for Individual Shareholders was realized in close collaboration with the members of the European Advisory Committee for Individual Shareholders of Dexia. This practical guide was intended for shareholders in Belgium, France and Luxembourg. It tries to give an answer to all questions you have in your capacity as a shareholder, as well as to those you can have regarding the tax system applying to the shares or the placing of an order. • Simplified formalities for attending General Meetings: it is not necessary to immobilise your shares. You are admitted to General Meetings of Dexia on simple presentation of an admission ticket.
• Automatic membership of Belgian and French shareholders in the Shareholders’ Club.

 The European Individual Shareholders’ Club

The Club is a centre for the dissemination of financial information to individual shareholders who wish to know more about the group. Today the Club has more than 15,000 members, French, Belgian and Luxembourg shareholders. Each member of the Club receives regular information documents, invitations to presentations and meetings in the region.

Membership is free and it is sufficient to hold one share.
